Michael Fleharty

With nearly two decades in the energy sector, Michael is a Managing Partner at Superior Title Services II, LLC since August 2021, focusing on client satisfaction and project management.

Michael has worked in multiple basins across the United States. Active in the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen, Michael held leadership roles, including President in 2021. Michael is a Registered Professional Landman and a member of AAPL since 2010.

Michael is committed to industry excellence and combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Jake Keith

Jake Keith is a Managing Partner at Superior Title Services II, LLC, a third-generation Oklahoman in the energy sector and a second-generation landman, specializes in due diligence, title examination, asset acquisition and divestitures, curative measures, and regulatory compliance.

He has assisted in several significant transactions, including a $1.85 billion acquisition in the Anadarko Basin and mergers in the STACK, Merge, and SCOOP plays. Additionally, he has collaborated on a $120 million acquisition and managed substantial mineral acre acquisitions across multiple basins, ensuring successful transactions and marketable title standards. He is an active member of OCAPL and AAPL.

Matt Smith

Matt Smith is a results-oriented Registered Professional Landman with over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

His expertise lies in the Utica and Marcellus basins, with a proven track record of successful leasehold and mineral acquisitions including over 100,000 acres in southeastern Ohio.

He has managed leasing and title abstracting teams for multiple E&Ps across Oklahoma, Texas, Ohio, and West Virginia basins.

Matt is a member of prominent industry associations, including the AAPL, OCAPL, and OOGA.
